Carne Technologies is a research and development company providing new technologies and expertise principally to the meat processing sector.
Our core business is focused on all aspects of meat quality; understanding how muscle is converted into meat and development technology platforms aimed at improved processing efficiencies and targeted meat quality outcomes.
Our staff have specialist expertise in the fields of meat science, biotechnology, electrical and mechanical engineering and animal welfare.
